The NOX Coolbay HX will no doubt remind everyone of the Antec 900. Sure, the general layout is similar and the top 200 mm fan seems to be almost the same as well, but the Coolbay HX can score where the aging Antec 900 cannot. The second 200 mm side fan is a great addition to the case and does not only look well, but should also keep the interior of the case much cooler than a smaller such unit. The chassis is also a bit larger than traditional mid-tower cases, with about an inch of extra headroom above the mainboard. The all black paint job looks great and is of very good quality. The only gripe I have is the overall build quality. The steel seems a bit thin and the plastic aspects of the case seem to feel a bit flimsy. Nonetheless the NOX Coolbay HX can score with well known and useful features without threading into unknown territory and trying to innovate anything. The chassis is the perfect example for "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". That said, the Coolbay HX should be a very useful case for anyone looking for great cooling in a relatively compact package at a price point that won't break the bank.
