A closer look
If you look closely you can see the BGA memory chips shine through the thermal tape that keeps the heatspreaders in place.
The sticker on the memory module shows the serial number, capacity, rated speed and the major timing settings. A suggested voltage setting here would be useful in my opinion, but since this information can be easily found on the OCZ website this is not so much of a problem.
The PCB is made by Brainpower who are supplying the PCBs for most of the memory manufacturers.
