Performance Summary with Multiple Clients

Pretty good performance in our custom-made benchmark based on real-life usage scenarios.


The results here look normal.


In the OLAP scenario tests, the drop with six clients is much smoother than with our custom-made benchmarks (which is more stressful).


IOPS drops notably with three clients.


Here are some screenshots of the activity monitor during our multi-client tests. CPU and RAM utilization were low.


HDD temperatures were in the 40 °C region towards the end of our demanding multi-client tests. The fan profile was set to silent. If you want lower HDD temperatures, pick a more aggressive fan profile or manually set the fan's speed to a fixed percentage.
