The Rosewill Line-M is a very well-equipped mATX chassis that ships with two fans right out of the box, includes plenty of connectivity, and comes with many small extras, like all-black screws and replacement expansion-slot covers, which really adds to the positive experience of the Line-M's target audience. Its compact dimensions limit cooling options due to size and height of CPU coolers, but there are still plenty of choices out there that deliver enough performance while being quiet. Having the ability to install long graphics cards in even multi-GPU configurations is also a nice small touch. While the Rosewill Line-M does have the same drawbacks as most mATX cases of this price class, with somewhat weak tool-less locks for external drive bays and no real cable-management possibilities, it does not only work well for office users, but should also appeal to gamers on a budget looking for a functional, understated, and compact computer chassis.
