The Package

The box is pretty, quite informative, and does a great job of protecting its contents. On the front, next to a picture of the headset, we can see a list of supported devices (PC/Mac, PS4, mobile devices). On the rear is an exploded view of its parts and a breakdown of its key features.


After you're done taking a look at the packaging's exterior, you'll pull out a nice-looking black cardboard box that contains your headset. Its sides contain a bit of inspirational text related to getting the most out of in-game sounds. Skip it and move on to the good stuff - the headset itself.


These are the contents of the box. We get the headset and two cables. One is 3 meters long and terminates in a pair of 3.5-mm TRS plugs, and it is meant to be used with devices that have a separate audio input and output (these days that's mainly going to be your PC). The second cable is 1.2 meters long and has a 4-pole TRRS 3.5-mm plug. That one can be used with consoles, laptops, and mobile devices, for instance.
