Packaging
Sharkhan ships the X500 chassis in a brown cardboard box with a simple image and a bit of text and the model name in blue on the bigger panels, while the smaller ones hold the specifications and marketing text in multiple languages.
Two fairly compact Styrofoam spacers hold the chassis in place, while a thin, clear bag protects the X500 from fingerprints and scratches during the bagging process.

Sharkhan includes the usually required screws, as well as golden standoffs for the SSDs. On top of that, you will receive several zip ties and a basic assembly manual. Interestingly enough, Sharkhan also includes a pair of large working gloves so that you can build your system in style. Unfortunately, I have pretty small hands, so these would just make it harder for me to feel for pins and connectors while assembling the system.
