Shape

The shape of the Light² S is best described as a slightly larger and generally bulkier Zowie FK2 with a taller hump. Much like the FK2, the Light² S has a low profile, a centered hump that slopes down gradually towards both ends, and concave sides. The back flares out more than the front does, creating a wide butt similarly to the Rival 3. The hexagon hole pattern extends to the bottom, top, and part of the main buttons, but not the sides. The sides feature a riffle-like pattern, which doesn't really add grip but tends to catch dirt fairly easily. Another curiosity pertains to the bottom edges of the mouse. Not only are they angled, but they're not rounded, either, which can be irritating depending on how the fingers are positioned. Overall, not a bad shape, but some design choices are rather questionable.

As for grip styles, I'd say the Light² S mostly suits claw and fingertip grip. It's a medium-sized mouse with a moderately pronounced hump, which should make it generally suit most hand sizes. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the Light² S very comfortable in claw grip.
