A Closer Look
The Silverstone Tundra TD03-SLIM uses a typical aluminum radiator with a fins-per-inch (FPI) count of 20. Normally, a high-static-pressure fan would be needed to make the most of it. At just 22 mm thick, the radiator is a full 5-8 mm thinner than a typical radiator. The tubing is of course rubber and has a length of 310 mm. It's nothing you haven't seen before except for the fact that it's thinner.
The square pump looks attractive with the wiring in black adding a nice visual touch. In terms of fittings, Silverstone opted for a swivel design, which helps in tight spaces, which, as you may have guessed, is a running theme with this particular cooler. When it comes to the copper cold plate, it's a square design that is relatively smooth to the touch, but it's not even close to a mirror finish.
When it comes to the fan, Silverstone uses a custom 120 mm x 15 mm slim design that has an RPM range of 800-2200. Sadly, while the pump has a nice clean and black cable, Silverstone used black, yellow, blue, and green wiring for the fan, which is a bit ugly, but can be hidden out of sight during installation.
