Circuit Board (PCB) Analysis

GPU voltage is a two phase design, managed by a Monolithic Systems MP2940 controller.


Monolithic MP87991 DrMOS components are used for the GPU VRM.


Memory voltage is a 1+1 phase design. Each using an Alpha and Omega AOZ2264QI buck regulator, rated for up to 15 A each.


The GDDR6 memory chips are made by Samsung and carry the model number K4ZAF325BM-HC16. They are specified to run at 2000 MHz (16 Gbps GDDR6 effective).


Intel's ACM-G11 graphics processor is the company's second-smallest chip using the Arc Alchemist architecture. It is produced on a 6 nanometer process at TSMC Taiwan with a die size of 157 mm² and packs 7.2 billion transistors. The Intel S-Spec number is SRLFZ.
