The Card

The Sparkle Arc A580 looks great thanks to a clean design theme with straight lines. The dominant color on the front cooler is Intel Blue. There's some white highlights around the two fans. On the metal backplate you find a cutout to let air flow through.


Dimensions of the card are 22.5 x 11.5 cm, and it weighs 729 g.


Installation requires two slots in your system. The card's width is 41 mm.


Display connectivity includes three standard DisplayPort 2.0 ports and one HDMI 2.0.


The card has two 8-pin power inputs. Combined with slot power, this allows a theoretical power delivery of up to 375 W.


Near the top edge of the card, Sparkle has placed an RGB illumination zone that changes color depending on the temperature of the graphics card. This feature is a pure hardware solution, it works without any software.

Teardown

The main heatsink on the A580 uses five heatpipes and provides cooling for the GPU chip, the memory and the VRM circuitry. If you take a closer look at the heatsink you can see the temperature sensor for the RGB lighting that's inserted near the copper plate.


The backplate is made of metal and protects the card against damage during installation and handling.
