Compared to the N2810, the N2810 Pro comes with an upgraded CPU and more RAM, using a quad-core Intel Celeron and twice as much RAM you can even increase to 8 GB. There is a bundled HDMI, DisplayPort, and an SPDIF for audio output. This looks to be a great NAS for multimedia purposes so long as its software is up to the task. The two Ethernet Gigabit ports can be teamed, which would double network transfer speeds if the NAS is connected to a compatible switch.
The N2810 Pro can make use of the standard EXT4, XFS, and Btrfs filesystems, which can be picked over the ThecusOS web interface. Because of its small dimensions, there is no internal PSU, but an external power adapter instead. This adapter can deliver up to 48 W, which covers the server's demands. The warranty is two years long, which is the norm for NAS servers, and its price tag puts this product into the mid-level category.
