Introduction
Thanks to
Thermaltake for supplying the review sample.
Thermaltake managed to make a splash with the glass-focused Divider series back in January of 2021 and has since then expanded it to feature three distinct case sizes in various flavors. As denoted by the higher model number and Ultra moniker addition, the Divider TG 550 Ultra is the most feature-packed variant. While based on the Divider 500 TG ARGB, it offers a built-in LCD display and slightly different looks out of the box. Along with the case, we received the TOUGHLIQUID Ultra 360 AIO to showcase how the two screens work in unison using the centralized TT RGB Plus 2.0 application.

Packaging
The Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra ships in a full-color cardboard box with an image of the enclosure on the larger panels. On the sides, you will find an additional image of the enclosure on one and the specification table on the other side.
Thermaltake sandwiches the case between two big Styrofoam spacers. Each of these Styrofoam pieces usually holds an additional triangular part of a side panel—one glass and the other metal for the 500 TG series. However, as we will see soon, Thermaltake simplified things a little bit with the Divider 550 TG Ultra.
