Packaging

Thermaltake ships the Level 20 HT in a full-color box with an image of the case on the front and a blow-up diagram on the back. Both sides come with the same image, but one also holds a specification table.


Sturdy Styrofoam spacers keep the chassis in place, and a plastic bag has been used to protect the enclosure from fingerprints and scratches at the factory.

Contents

The case ships with the usual bag of all black screws and a good number of zip ties. On top of that, you will find an extension cord for the power cable and two full-size USB extension leads. Naturally, Thermaltake also includes a detailed manual with the Level 20 HT.
