Packaging

Thermaltake ships the Level 20 RS in a fully colored cardboard box, as the Level series always goes that extra mile in regards to branding. The front holds an image of the chassis along with a few logos for ARGB support, and the sides go into further detail about the enclosure itself.


Two foam spacers keep the chassis secure, and a plastic bag ensure you get your Level 20 RS free of fingerprints or smaller scratches.

Within the box, you will find an assortment of black screws, cables to connect the built-in controller to the motherboard or other ARGB components, and a few basic zip ties. A basic manual is also included.
