TOPPING L70 Amp: Packaging and Accessories

To no surprise, the TOPPING L70 amplifier uses the exact same product box design and yet again we have to rely on the sticker on the side that tells us what is inside. TOPPING seems to have sampled the black color versions for reviews as with the E50/L50 and E30 II/L30 II before, but note that the E70/E70V/L70 also comes in a silver color chassis as seen in the thumbnail of this review.


As with the E70, we see paperwork included in the TOPPING L70 box including a user manual (available online here) and warranty card. The other accessories are placed inside two thinner cardboard boxes on the sides including a 3.5 mm yo 6.35 mm (1/4") single-ended adapter, another of the same AC mains cable indicating an internal power supply here too, and a separate remote control for the amp which is a first for me with the TOPPING product reviews done so far. This is quite useful in helping change the output type, volume, gain settings, and also saved settings onboard the L70 itself. It is also made of plastic and takes two AAA batteries that TOPPING does not provide in the box.
