Software
Tt eSPORTS has had many different drivers, but so far, this is the one I've found to be the best in pretty much all aspects. Visually, it could still be improved a bit, but as far as functionality goes, it's pretty much perfect, much better than the one used with the Iris Optical. You can have a maximum of five profiles, which you can import and export as well. The Customize tab has the button-mapping settings; you can re-bind any default setting however you like. In the DPI tab, you can set the basic sensor settings, such as the resolution and polling rate, but the Windows pointer and scroll wheel settings can be set here as well. Unsurprisingly, the Macro tab features all the macro options, which you can import and export as you like, with a maximum of 30 available. Last but not least, there is a tab called Machinist, which has some sort of a recoil-reduction macro setup for up to four different guns in some games.
The software takes up about 45 MB on the drive and consumes 26 MB of memory while running in the background, so it can be considered fairly lightweight.
Lighting
RGB lighting is one of the main selling points of cheaper gaming gear, and the Talon Elite Combo is no exception. Many different effects are available, and the colors are really very bright and vivid. Most transitions are smooth, but some aren't, as can be seen in the video as well.
