XOTIC PC has been around for years, having been founded in 1999. Nearly two decades later, they are going strong as one of the largest system integrators in the United States, offering not only their own laptops and desktops, but systems from MSI, ASUS, Sager, HP, Gigabyte, Alienware, AORUS and more. They don't offer beige box systems with shiny graphics cards either. Users can customize their systems in nearly every way by even going so far as to go for full-on water cooling with hard tubing. Simply put, XOTIC PC really does offer everything you could want if you are looking for a pre-built system.


In a day where building a custom computer has never been easier, pre-built PC gaming systems have seen a resurgence as well. Years of bad marketing, blunders, and outright lies about what a gaming system is have hampered that part of the market. In fact, due to that, many will shout from the rooftops that they are overpriced and not worth the money even today. Others will claim they can always build something better themselves.

The reality is not everyone wants to build their own PC as some just want to enjoy PC gaming without any worries or the stress that comes with building that PC themselves and what parts to get.

They offer acceptable or, depending on the budget, exceptional performance without the hassle. The wide price gap is also a thing of the past. System integrators even offer greater customization, allowing consumers to truly get a unique system. While in the past it could have been said that boutique vendors are absurdly priced, that definitely has come to an end in recent years.

In today's review, I take a deep dive into XOTIC PC's G7 Avenger as a Ryzen-based system. Our review sample is packing an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB. It has some decent specifications for the price and even comes with an extremely generous 5-year warranty, That alone will intrigue a few people; however, before heaping it with praise, let's take a closer look at what is on offer.
