ZOTAC's cooler is a simple piece of metal, with fins and a fan in the middle, nothing exciting to see here.


Due to the low-power graphics processor there is no need for additional power delivery, all power that the card needs is pulled from the PCI-Express socket.


The DDR3 (not GDDR) memory chips are made by Hynix, and carry the model number H5TQ2G63BFR-11C. They are specified to run at 900 MHz (1800 MHz DDR3 effective).


As voltage controller a cost effective UPI uP6161 is used, it does not support voltage control or other advanced features.


NVIDIA's GF119 graphics processor is NVIDIA's latest low-end graphics processor. It is made on a 40 nm process at TSMC Taiwan. GF119 has a die size of 79 mm², the transistor count is unknown.
