TechPowerUp LIVE From Computex 2010

TechPowerUp is coming to you live from Computex 2010, quite literally. A new technology used lets you see high-quality photos from Computex seconds after they're taken from our reporters in the field. A new interface lets you browse through those images, as well as chat with other TechPowerUp members to discuss without even entering the forums. Select pictures will be detailed further in news posts.

Is that why the pics are NOT clickable to a bigger view?

Its soo hard to tell what i am looking at with a 1"x 1" pic.

we will upload "clean" booth babes pics once we are back and have the bandwidth.

at this time the watermark is needed to stop people from stealing our images, sorry

the problem is that the tpulive "device" has only full speed usb 12 mbit/s, the ARM cpu is fairly weak, 128 mb storage, the sim card connects only at gprs

all those are reasons why its not possible to download all images full res from the cam, resize them and upload them.

images to be available as full screen have to be selected on a one by one basis by staff

That sounds cool. Can you tell us more about what this is and how it's set up?

nexus one is using fullspeed USB, not 12mbit/s usb..

Thanks for the coverage W1zzard. I was planning on making the 2.5 trip from Taichung to Taipei to attend Computex but TPU's coverage has been good enough for me to reconsider the cost of making that trip.

On the other hand, if there is an opportunity to meet you, I wouldn't mind making heading up there to thank you personally for satisfying my daily craving for tech news the past few years. Keep up the good work!
