Kingston Technology Releases Fastest Notebook Memory for New Intel Core Mobile CPUs

Kingston Technology Europe Ltd, an affiliate of Kingston Technology Company Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced the release of new Kingston HyperX 4GB and 8GB 1600MHz SO-DIMM kits. The dual-channel, plug and play CL9 memory kits are the fastest modules on the market specifically designed to support notebooks and mobile platforms using the new 2nd Generation Intel Core Mobile Processor Family, codenamed "Huron River".

"Our latest HyperX SO-DIMMs are the best way to boost the system performance of notebook PCs, as well as mini-ITX motherboards and mobile-based systems, by replacing standard memory with high-speed, higher capacity modules," said Mark Tekunoff, Senior Technology Manager, Kingston. "With the memory's simple plug and play feature, system performance is enhanced fast and effortlessly without the need of having to manually adjust the BIOS or load overclocking profiles."
The new HyperX SO-DIMMS are available in DDR3 1600MHz as 4GB and 8GB kits. Kingston HyperX memory is backed by a lifetime warranty and free 24/7 technical support. For detailed information please visit the Kingston Web site at www.kingston.com/europe.

I wanna see some DDR3 1333mhz SO-DIMMs at cas 7, or some DDR3 1066mhz SO-DIMMs at cas 5. Most laptop boards don't support DDR3 1600mhz. I realize these chips are catering to boards that do, but there's a lot more motherboards out there that would just clock these down, but would benefit from slower RAM with tighter timings.
