Acer Introduces the V273HL Monitor

Acer has this week added a new monitor to its portfolio, the V273HL model featuring a 27-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) TN panel, LED backlighting, and a (dynamic) contrast ratio of 100,000,000:1. Acer's display also has 170/160 degree viewing angles, a 5 ms response time, a maximum brightness of 300 cd/m2, two 1 W built-in speakers, and D-Sub, DVI and HDMI inputs.

The V273HL has a recommended price tag of 299 Euro.

I don't have a rig capable of playing more than HD games with full quality, so those monitors are most welcome. Besides, I keep my eyes safe for not staying to close to those big monitors, so big resolution is irrelevant. Specially when watching movies at a fair distance. ;) Stop trolling the same comments over and over again about resolution...

Your eyes are safe one way or another. By not staying too close to the 1080p 27" monitor, you keep your mind sane, because looking at huge pixels can make you want to kill yourself.
