AMD Delivers Battlefield 4 Fix With New Catalyst 13.11 Beta Build

As promised yesterday, AMD has issued a new Catalyst 13.11 driver build to fix the crashing bug reported by Battlefield 4 players with Windows 8 machines. This release is the Beta8 and it contains all the goodies of previous builds. The driver is available for Windows 8.1/8/7 and features support for the Radeon R9, R7, HD 7000, HD 6000 and HD 5000 Series cards.

Thanks.

I re-downloaded 13.11_betav8 using the rapidshare kindly provided by eroticus and it worked :)
My downloads from AMD/ATI were in fact incomplete.
Thanks again eroticus. Here I come BF4 :pimp:

Those are garbage for my 5870 CF. The game renderer flashes like crazy. Didn't have this problem with beta7, but game was crashing like hell.
Damn, I hate AMD drivers!!!!!!!!!!

^Dude you need to disable ULPS.

I finished the singleplayer, performance is awesome.

13.11 Beta v8 - @ 2560 x 1600 - Ingame "Graphics Quality" = Ultra (includes 4 x MSAA) & Vsync OFF --- CCC's Frame Pacing ON = smooth as can be.

HD7970 crossfire, ULPS disabled.
System in sig, and system specs button.

I am getting a weird error from this driver.

I keep getting an error window saying internet explorer has stopped working. This does not stop me from using internet explorer, and it even happens without internet explorer being on.

Looking in the event viewer it is tied to atidxx32.dll which is driver related.
