PowerColor Introduces the Radeon R9 280X TurboDuo OC

A 3% increase is hardly worthy of a "overclock" badge. Then again, if this card uses the same heatsink at my Powercolor 7970's (which it looks like it does), then it can't handle much more than 3%. Even at stock clock speed the card gets to 85°C core and 100°C VRM in 3D games.

Pretty much only an improved boost function that is more efficient than 7970GHz Edition. Don't think there is anything else to it.
