Lian Li Announces PC-Q19 Brushed Aluminum Mini-ITX Chassis
Lian-Li Industrial Co. Ltd today announces a new brushed aluminum Mini-ITX chassis designed for HTPC and office use - PC-Q19. An update of the slim profile PC-Q12, the PC-Q19 adds VGA support thanks to the included riser card as well as additional storage support.
The 22L PC-Q19 has a slim profile of 160mm (6.2"), and supports the essential hardware for those looking for a sleek build for the home or office. This aluminum chassis can support up to three 2.5" drives and 1 3.5" drive. A VGA card up to 12.81 cm can sit in the middle of the chassis thanks to the included riser card and adds graphics power to the build. The PC-Q19 supports SFX power supplies, and extension cables may be needed for some PSU models.Vertical or Horizontal
The PC-Q19 can be positioned horizontally or vertically, depending on the user's preference. When in the horizontal position, four rubberized feet are included to minimize vibrations. For those that prefer the PC-Q19 to be in the vertical position, a stand with rubberized grips secures the chassis into place.
Tool-Less Features
The pop-off side panels allows DIY builders to easily access the chassis for installations and upgrades. Magnetically attached filters prevents dust from entering in through the ventilation. Behind one of the filters is a 120mm fan, that can be removed by taking out 2 screws.
Connectivity
The front of the PC-Q19 sports two USB 3.0 ports and a dual-illuminated power button.
Price and Availability
The PC-Q19 will be available by the end of August for the suggested retail price of USD149 at Newegg.

This also answers the question of where all those motherboards with no i/o shield come from.
The listed/announced dimensions actually include the base. The case itself is more like 105 x 255 x 470 = 12.5lt. Awesome! :)
And if you put a 600W SFX PSU inside and mod the RVZ01/ML07, you can fit in a Titan Z.
