Razer Barracuda AC-1 Contest
Razer is organizing this "Win 5x Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Audio Cards" and all you have to do is fill in your namer, email and location. The Razer Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Audio Card features a 7.1 channel output, 24-bit audio technology, 117dB Signal to Noise(output) and costs $199. The Razer Barracuda AC-1 Contest qualifying period is from 25 Nov to 14 December 2006. There will be 5 winners chosen who will be notified by email. looks like a great card, DTS Interactive! & Dolby Digital Live, tose to will realy rock tha home theater system and my Logitech Z-5500 5.1 DTS 96/24 THX Surround system :P

Wait for the next generation card. Razer's going to add 512 Terabytes of GDDR1000 memory, Liquid Nitrogen cooling and a core clock of 3.2 Petaherts and a Fata1ity logo.

The glowing Razer logo sitting in the bottom of your case just doesn't seem like it's worth it.
Would be nice to have optical out tho.. this DFI doesnt. :laugh: My AN7 did :(
Optical out just bypasses the cards DAC, not the card.. the sound card still has to calculate the sounds, it just outputs a digital signal, so you are able to use a decent DAC instead of a crappy on-card one.
