ASUS Teases Upcoming G Series Notebooks Powered by "Pascal" GPUs
ASUS teased an upcoming Republic of Gamers G-Series notebook. It didn't stop at the teaser pics, and went on to tease performance numbers of the untitled "GXXX" graphics processor at the heart of this beast. We'll go out on a limb here and guess that it's a new mobile GPU based on the "Pascal" architecture; more so because ASUS is claiming that it's faster than even the desktop GeForce GTX TITAN X, and has 3DMark 11 Performance-present score to show for that. ASUS plans to exhibit the notebook at the 2016 Computex; and it's becoming increasingly clear that the third GP104-based SKU promised for June 2016 could be a mobile chip after all.

And that graph with the offset is fu#$ing retarded.
I really dislike the lettering on the keyboard. Why does gaming have to = "agressive" and gaudy?
I just got my 970M to stock 980M performance levels, and I can vouch for whoever said that the real life performance is not super smooth...
The Maxwell notebook GPUs bomb along in benchmarks but for whatever reason the games don't 'feel' smooth even when the boost is constant and the GPU is pushing 80+fps unless you enable VSync.
we are talking roughly half the power usage and heat generation for the same performance.. exactly what laptops and small form factor boxes need.. pascal really will be a game changer..
trog
The scaling is high
The graph starts at 19800 so the part you have marked as 20000 is more like 200.
But having said that I still think the graph is bull$h!t.
At first glance I was like wow WTF that much gap between 980Ti and Titan X.
If someone just looks at the bars on the graph and not the numbers will think the 980Ti is garbage.
Just this pop up, may be related to Pascal.

All that said, not interested in gaming laptops.
This is what i call a good 3D Mark graph. Even without looking at the numbers, i can compare the performance of each cards accurately.
