Antec GX1200 Chassis Detailed

Antec expanded its GX line of gamer-centric cases with the GX1200. The case incorporate two key features of this season - horizontal partitioning, and RGB LED lighting. To begin with, the case measures 510 mm x 510 mm x 200 mm (DxHxW), with support for EATX, and common ATX form-factors. You get room a 360 mm x 120 mm radiator along the front, a 240 mm x 120 mm along the top, and a 120 mm rear exhaust vent. The case supports video cards up to 41 cm in length. Other features include RGB LED lighting, and a fan-controller.

Where and how did this RGB obsession happen? One day people are content to have a couple of subtle lighting effects from a fan or two in their case, and the next virtually every computer component manufacturer is sending out a rainbow of LED's built into everything!

This case would look alright with plain black fans in the front.
Leave the customization to the end user.

actually its a nice start for antec but their colorful bling bling and the plastic bezel looks too much

Im actually quite OK with this. because if you dont want the leds on, you can just turn them off. Id rather have the options. Id love to be able to change all colors of everything in my case (including case fan color) on the fly from green to say yellow with a black theme going on. Yup...id take that anyday.
