slozombythey released a pc game locked at 30fps. its obvious they are clueless.
Dead giveaway  ... but let's give them benefit of the doubt and believe their statement that they are testing a weekend patch as we speak and they are just little late. Even if we do that, their silly question "what performance adjustment options are important to you?" can be translated to "In what way would you like your frame rate increased?", and the answer would be "In a way it's higher than before." or "In a way that frames takes less time to draw" ... or simply :slap:

rtwjunkieSo Beth's games from prior to W10 Anniversary may no longer work?
It seems that Gamebryo does not like the new WDDM, and crashes when you try to load into a save for many players. I personally have not tried playing either game since I have updated.

this was confirmed to be an nvidia driver issue, as rolling back Nvidia drivers fixes it.

Expect it to get fixed in an update or two, and swent under the rug as a microsoft problem, since nvidya is perfect.

NVIDIA's response on their support forums regarding the FO3, FONV, and Skyrim problem.

The new Windows 10 Anniversary Update had a specification change that required our display driver to output a different string from the previous drivers in the past. This has affected some games which were unfortunately developed with the assumption that the value would never change. We are working with Microsoft to find a solution.

Drivers 368.81 and below are WDDM 2.0. R370 and higher drivers are WDDM 2.1.
On the bright side Skyrim Special Edition comes out later this month, so hopefully that will just leave FO3 and FONV for those on Win10 AU.

Guess I won't be playing that, either...

Boy, AMD drivers sure do suck...

Zen and Vega better hurry the hell up.

Looks like an issue that originated with MS to me...

Again, there was an update to WDDM which caused the root of the issue, as nVidia is forced to adhere to the new driver model, and Gamebryo does not like that. Yes, nVidia is able to make a change to work around it.
