New Xbox 360 revealed
Codenamed Zephyr, Engadget seems to have gotten an early look at the revised version of the Xbox 360. One of the main improvements being anticipated is a 65nm processor, which should tackle heat issues, but it now appears that it is likely to feature a HDMI port and 120GB hard drive. This should allow the Xbox 360 to output high definition 1080p pictures, one of its criticisms, although the 120GB drive may simply be released at the same time rather than being part of the package. There is no pricing information yet but it is likely to be more or less the same - we can expect to get these upgrades "soon" according to an Xbox insider.

well I am more interested in the 120GB hard drive...
wonder what people with stuff 20GB can do to upgrade?...They would loose all their info...I would hate switching back and forth between the two drives.
cheers

Wow, I can't believe this happened. I need that HDMI Cable since my HDTV won't support 1080p through component (but haven't tried VGA). I should have just waited for this, now I'm pissed. I can't view 1080p! And I was supposed to buy the HD-DVD Add-On.
peace
Personally I think you should just stick your head back up your own arse and leave others posts alone!!
Obviously people consider different things to be suitable for news. Like I say, feel free to leave any comments and feedback here.
Also, when I play on Live, I play on another HDTV which has DVI, but not HDMI. So, if I got the Xbox 360 VGA HD Cable, and use the DVI to VGA Adapter that came with my X800XL, would that work out, since DVI can carry both Digital and Analog signals?
Oh yeah, I don't have the Wireless Adapter for the Xbox 360, but I have a Living Room Computer with a Wireless Nic, so will it work from the Xbox 360 to the PC with an Ethernet Cable, then Bridge the two (Ethernet and Wireless) so that they share a connection throguh Wireless?
So:
Xbox 360 -> Ethernet Cable -> HTPC -> Wireless
Edit: my PS2 and his 360 had no lag. Obviously that may depend on your wireless gear, my Belkin stuff works very nicely other than the fact the setup options are a little too basic.
