NVIDIA RTX 20-series Founders Edition Cards are Dual-Fan Across the Board

Find specifications of the GeForce RTX 20-series graphics card in our older posts. Turns out, that dual-fan reference coolers are finally here, with NVIDIA implementing it across its GeForce RTX 2070, RTX 2080, and RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition reference boards. Each fan is a 13-blade affair, and the newly-redesigned cooling system allows the RTX 2080, for example, to work at one fifth the noise levels of previous-gen GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.

$499 for 2070, DAMN NICE.

Honestly RIP Vega. This will destroy RTG until David Wang got RTG's shit together.

Is that so nice, for an x70? That's near x80 pricing.

Curious how NVLink SLI will work. Seems the fingers are not visible?

Why everybody is saying so nice ? Price hike again , gtx 2070 100 $ more than gtx 1070 , amount of ram the same , debut almost 3 years after pascal , and one more thing its 12 nm , when there is already 7 nm almost rolling soon . So in my opinion nothing spectacular for so long wait .

Thanks .
It's just my opinion . That's what happens when there isnt any real competition , the truth is amd is lagging far behind , so for someone looking for real high end gpus nvidia is better choice right now . I was hoping for something more from nvidia , 7 nm manufacuting proccess for example , or competetive pricing similar to prevorious generation , but at the same time i was worried that there will be price hike again and unfortunetly i was right . I am curious about real world performance of rtx 2070 , but i doubt it will be faster or even similar in performance compared to gtx 1080 ti , 2304 cores , and clock speed that they revealed probably wouldnt be even close .

Why are you celebrating this? Unless you're a NVIDIA shill, that's bad. No competition, price hike, nothing good for consumers in the end.

Exactly , i was hoping for the same gains as prevorious generation so in short rtx 2070 that would be in gtx 1080 ti levels , but from what we can see it would probably closer to gtx 1080 , not to mention price hike , after such long wait.
I hope competition will get competetive again , bcs if not , then all of us are fucked , the next flagship could cost 1500 $ if the trend would go on , that's actually scary thought, but if nothing change , it can be reality soon enough .

Don't the Founder's Editions always have a $100 markup?

So actually the price of gtx 1080 ti founders edition while introduced was 699 $ , rtx 2080 ti is 1199 $ , so founders to founders edition is 72 %%% more expensive .

Nobody is forcing you to buy the 2070, 2080, or 2080Ti. Just wait for the 2060 or buy a regular 1080 if you think the performance boost is not worth the extra price. Prices increase over time, that's life.

Who said that anybody is forcing me to buy anything ? I am just stating my opinion . Am i not allowed to do that ? It's just that after such long wait , the price per frame could be even higher that almost 3 years ago , isn't that crazy and scary as fuck , the next flagship card could cost 2000 $ if the trend continues and there wouldnt be any real competition .

$499 for RTX2070 is decent already. Unless u don't mind waiting another year or so for Ampere... which I think will be even more expensive.

What is the actual point of the Founders Editions? You pay $100 more for nothing.

Wonder how much faster the 2070 is compared to a 1070 Ti as you can have the latter for £450 compared to £500 for the 2070.... and £700-£800 for 2080, I thought £600 was bad for a 1080 upon release, guess I'll still be sticking to previous gen cards when I next upgrade.

Wth happened to the days of buying an Radeon 1950 Pro new for £200-£250 that was like a tier below the top rated XTX, £500-£1k for a GPU they will make you believe is obsolete in a year or two when the next new thing comes out is ridiculous.
