ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Leaked

Here's possibly the first picture of an ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card, which not only confirms NVIDIA's nomenclature for its next-generation GeForce RTX graphics cards, but also provides fascinating insights into the direction ASUS is taking with its next-generation ROG Strix graphics cards. The design language involves matte black metal surfaces accented by brushed metal elements that conceal more RGB LED elements. ASUS's Axial Tech fans do the heavy lifting along with a large aluminium fin-stack heatsink underneath. The mention of "RTX 3080 Ti" also casts a shadow of doubt over "RTX 3090" leading the lineup. We should learn more about what ASUS and NVIDIA have in store, as we inch closer to the September unveil of this series.

How big is that card? - look at how small the human is in comparison.

I'm skeptical if it's just this picture. A bit grainy... Need more. Want more.

Take my kidney! Not enough? Well... take 2 I guess. At least I'll have time for gaming in 4K during dialysis.

agree. The fins underneath seem odd. There are silver strips that appear to cover the fins - or if the silver strips are fins as well, run in a different direction which also doesn’t make sense.

They need to stop to release new GPU's every 2 years, 1080 Ti is still a damn powerful GPU especially for the mainstream market that is sticking with 1080p resolution.

1080Ti is now somewhere at 2070S levels, and when turing's fp+int is utilized it smokes the big pascal by 15-20% at 4K even though it's just 8GB

not to mention things it does with dlss 2.0

point is: progress is good.

Wasn't that actual problem on old msi twin frozer cards, oil leaking bearings.

Yes, although in all seriousness the quantity of oil is not near enough to endanger anything else but the lifespan of the fans...

i love news but this is speculative nonsense , if the card in 4 months reveals this shiiit ( setup ) who cares ..... NNNvidia will probably be the best , like usual.
Me like many other Radeon users will purchase a Radeon slightly less powerful and a lot less $$ still be able to play Anything at 1400p ultra :rockout:

These are gonna be power hungry monsters, based on all that we know so far. The reason I want to upgrade from my 1070 Ti is because it spits out too much heat in my room, so I'm worried as I want to double that perf but for my new card to run cool and efficient.

Hmmm, which current Radeon is "slightly" less powerful than the 2080Ti and which one was slightly less powerful than the 1080Ti?

What are you hoping for singing dancing elves to magic the heat away? That's like complaining that cellphones are rectangular.

Look at my GTX 1080 TI, then look at my screen again while saying:

Real or fake, I am hyped for Nvidia's next release. Althrow I fear for what the prices might be. Rtx 2080 ti took a significant price jump over gtx 1080 TI.
