New Logitech G5 Gaming Mouse
Logitech's popular gaming mouse, the G5, got a facelift and will be available immediately. The weight customizable distribution unit is still the same allowing you to tweak the handling properly. New are the 9! mappable buttons and a more accurate scroll wheel.
The price will be the same as before (around 75 Euros), so is the laser unit (2000dpi).

OH and he reported that this one has a better polling rate, thats not new I have that as well, it was included with the latest Setpoint update.
Man i want this mouse so bad, even though i have a MX518, this has the weight changing thing. Wow! I would love to have that! Ill prolly look for some cash and get it :D Looks kinda lame tho, i rather have the traditional G5 look, or G7 :D
Even though I didn't really miss the missing side button, the sideways scrolls more than made up for it.
It made a world of difference with my G5!!! I mean it was like night and day as far as the control and the surfaces it was able to tack on.
I get 2 G5 mouses and now they add the button back on.
Oh well I shouldnt complain I love both my G5's.
And I got them for only $35 a piece :)
Can't even complain about the support, my wire freyed and Logitech replaced the mouse for me ;) Hmm... haven't had a problem with mine, I'll have to look into that. Cheers to old rusty! LoL
