Love DSM 7.0, nice refreshing UI. It did break Plex as I expected but that was easy enough to fix. Plex on DSM 7.0 didn't like my videos in the video folder as I couldn't get plex to access the folder even with permission changes.

Had to move everything to a Plex folder it automatically created, moved all my stuff to that folder and Plex found it ok. Just had to to a quick library rescan, it kept all my metadata and settings thankfully so I didn't have to mess with that.

Running a DS218+ and so far so good for the last few days.

I'm holding off and waiting to see if is has any major exploits. DSM 6 is solid at the moment. Maybe in 6 months I'll update.

Something broke in my Surveillance Station with the upgrade. Two out of my Four cameras are randomly disconnected whenever I load up the Synology app. When I use the camera manufacturers app they are all working fine. It's Surveillance Station dropping the connection.

Are you using fixed IP addresses for your camera? I had a problem with dropped cameras when IP was DHCP based. Cured with fixed IP.

Turns out it is a known glitch. They sent me a new version to manually install. Fixed the issue.
