Surely they figured out how harmful it is :p But yeah... I'd not want radio that close to my head for prolonged periods tbh. I'm not all that big on the antenna panic but there are limits for a reason, and I doubt we have the full view of health effects of all the stuff we have now, combined and in every situation.

It is in fact still uncertain what the health effects are to younger brains with 3G/4G waves at close proximity. Common advice though is to not put a phone next to your head while sleeping, and certainly not next to childrens heads. I would not be surprised if there is a minor stress inducing effect altogether.
