ChomiqVA, skip.
If it’s Samsung VA, it’s pretty good. I also don’t see any downsides with this panel. Viewing angles are normally the downside of VA, but this has good ones. Contrast is far better than IPS, colors can be comparable and mostly is. Reaction times etc are fixed for SVA panels, so it depends if it’s a SVA or not.

34 inch wide monitors need to move on finally from 3440x1440 8-bit to 5120x2160 10-bit, so 5K/120Hz or 5K/144Hz.
For this to happen, Samsung and LG mother glass need to step up the game into 4K/5K HDR era beyond 27 and 32 inches.
Plus, display chipsets with new DP 2.0 and HDMI 2.1 full speed, as new GPUs will be able to drive that bandwidth.

Because we really need more pixels on a 34" screen than on a 65/75/85" flat screen TV.

And a GTX 5090 Ti or AMD 8900 XT to get even playable frame rates.

Not more dense. We simply need the same 4K pixels, that already exist on TV, in wide screen format for monitors. 4K is currently limited to traditional 32 inch monitors. 5120x2160 are the same 4K pixels, but in ultrawide display.

Current GPUs could already service such displays. New gen GPUs this year will expend this to mid-range, such as RTX4060Ti or RX 7600XT.
6900XT/6950XT achieve on average ~100 fps in many games in 4K, which is quite good. A few outliers, but still good.

Yes 7900XT / 4090 will easily deal with 4K and a bit higher, even 8K will become like “playable”. This is assuming double performance.

6800XT deals with 4K 10-bit display quite well. For example, Microsoft Flight Simulator plays ok.
