Arctic Notifies Pricing Error During Anniversary Promotion, Offers Refunds to Those who Overpaid

For its 23rd anniversary, ARCTIC planned and implemented to give something back to its customers and offered selected products at an attractive price. Unfortunately, a pricing error had occurred on an existing promotion. To rectify the issue, ARCTIC refunds Amazon customers and extends the anniversary deals. "It's very important to us that everyone benefits equally from our Thank You campaign. We sincerely apologise for this mistake and will do everything to make amends. Our customers and their trust in us are of utmost importance to ARCTIC," said Magnus Huber, CEO.
Where did the error occur?
The error occurred over the ARCTIC Store on Amazon. Temporarily, the prices for the Liquid Freezer III and Freezer 36 series did not match the promotional prices intended.

What if you overpaid?
Customers who did not receive the promotional price, over the ARCTIC Store on Amazon, when purchasing these products will automatically receive a refund for the overcharge difference.

Extension of the anniversary deals: ARCTIC apologizes to all its customers who were unable to purchase the products at the promotional price due to this pricing error. To rectify this error, ARCTIC has decided to extend the anniversary deals for the Liquid Freezer III and Freezer 36 product lines for at least two more months.

Makes no sense...so they "over" priced their items? Why then would they care to refund... more margin... Seems odd to me

The sale didn’t go through properly. Amazon backend is horrid for sellers, and issues like this happen all the time.

Odd is certainly the word. Especially when twitterheads try to find something negative in a positive effort as well.

But at least they owned up to the mistake & took responsibility for fixing it, unlike a lot of other sellers :)

And just an FYI, they will get offended & lash out at you if you call them that, instead of "X-headz" hehehehe :)

But ok, I get your point, as it seems as though alot of them are not happy unless they are making others unhappy, which unfortunately is typical muskyvite behavior....
