Bigger = more immersion.
32" = closer to 96dpi, the target physical size for a majority of text-based content, whether that's for work with text, raster images, web browsing, or 100% UI scaling of many applications.
27" is fine, I guess - I used one for years, but it's a fair way off the target dpi at 100% and 125% scaling is the ugliest and worst scaling factor you can possibly use.
It is really 1080p
@Nomad76 Not to be a mocking, but not to mention the monitor's resolution in the article is bad.
I mean the display size and the refresh frequency is also important , but the resolution is also a main property.
I googled the price, since it wasn't mentioned, and it's £189.99 over here from three different retailers which is right in the middle of the price range for popular 165-200Hz QHD 27" monitors!
The 0.2ms response time is pure marketing BS too, which is why we need independent testing. I would be very surprised if this wasn't in the 4-5ms range for the average G2G transition with dark transitions north of 20ms - AKA "a smeary mess".
My guess is that the 0.2m response time is the marketing goon not understanding that (or intentionally misrepresenting it as) the pulse duration of the strobing mode of this monitor, rather than the time any pixel takes to respond to a new frame.
Premium monitor segment is currently being stormed by OLED models that put anything else in the ground, even the 1440p and 4K 27 to 32-inch VA/fast-IPS panels.
This is just like the C27RG5 from 2019.
