Are these the first ASROCK power supplies?

Now you can buy a phantom gaming motherboard, a phantom gaming graphic card and a phantom gaming power supply unit. There needs to be a RGB phantom gaming case, ssd, keyboard, mice, monitor, headset, loudspeaker and RGB phantom gaming mousepad.

yes, surprising it's four lines as well

marketing material displays cybenetics test reviews but the the web site has no Asrock PSU and was updated as of today. Clearly these are not new platforms just a label slapped on an already tested PSU.
