Second Life and World of Warcraft Infested With Terrorists

MMORPG's have a distinct advantage to them, in the way you can (supposedly) escape reality and live as a completely different creature in a different world. However, this ulterior world attracts more than just people trying to escape life's harsh realities. Games such as Second Life and World of Warcraft have reported several instances of cyber-terrorism. In some instances, Australian police have found evidence that terrorists are using these virtual worlds to recruit terrorists and train them. Experts on the matter say that "terrorists are rehearsing their operations in Second Life because they can't practice in the real world". Experts also notice that terrorists "can gain training in games such as World of Warcraft in a simulated environment, using weapons that are identical to real-world armaments."

DarkrealmsYou are a very confusing person. . . I find things in your posts that make me think left wing and then I find things in other that make me think right wing. At one point because of the wording I questioned you calling our military terrorists (that was clarified).
Well people forget that the reason there are two parties is to represent the views of the majority of the population. There is no right or wrong, and people should embrace both views to find a nice comfortable solution that works for everyone. Thats what politics is about...whats good for the people..not some of the people. If i strike you as very liberal at moments and very conservative at other times its because my views change by topic.

Just very unusual to see. I always tell people I'm independent but I tend to be more conservative. Just out of curiosity what is your stance on the Electoral College today? I think it puts too much sway in particular areas hands. I think with todays communications and information reach it should be the number of votes. I understand what it was for but now it has out lived its usefullness in my opinion.

Per your request ZOOM;
XooMAnd in response to namslas:
Theft, where pickpocketing requires simply the press of a button.
It's not the button pushing, it's how to choose the 'mark', and how the 'mark' reacts.
XooMFear, which has a casting time of something like 2 seconds and causes the target to run around for a few seconds. Everybody should equip a lot of shadow resist gear to counteract fear as much as possible.
Once again, they learn how different people react, (after the affects of the spell wear off).
XooMAnd, yes, of course, i FRAPS every second of my game time and email it to the FBI. 'Cause that one guy, who was making fun of me in chat that one time, that bastard is a terrorist. He's going DOWN! he's gonna get his account banned and stuff.
Thats only if he request/ask things that he should not; not cause he's calling you an idiot. You only need to report when and where You were online and the offending users Screename, they can find out all the other details... It's realy that simple. Like I said before, they have been spying on us for years before the ACT became a law. Get over it.
XooM***OR***
Remove head from butt, then type.
If you knew anything about Terrorist Tactics then you would realize a lot of it is directly related to psychology, social and people skills. Maybe, if your head was where it belonged you would see the world as it realy is, and realize that not everyone likes us.

Personally i dislike the electoral college, but at the same time it evens things out. Think of all those states in the midwest where there is more cornfields and pastures full of cows than there are people? their votes won't count at all and thats problem. Not to mention strong liberal states like New York and California would end elections practically on their own.

Nah, I think it's more likely that you're John Kerry's illegitimate son.

As for the topic...I'm not surprised, and I have no qualms believing it's true.

WoW is a haven for mentally ill reality escaping lunatics - anything is possible.
Second life is a haven for socially ill reality escaping lunatics - anything is possible(and apparently a large portion of Second life members are gay...lol ... ok).

 Keep things cool now, I'd hate to see a flamewar erupting from this over politics...
