Intel Clovertown Switches Over to G0 Stepping

Intel has updated the quad-core Clovertown stepping from B3 to G0. The G0 stepping is set to bring lower power consumption, an enhanced virtualization engine and a new CPUID code. The processors that will move to G0 are the X5355, E5345, E5335, E5310 and L5320. The official release date for the new G0 Clovertowns is October 4th.
