ComputerBase ATI BIOS Editor 0.9 Beta for ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2
ComputerBase.de has released a BIOS editor which allows to modify the BIOS of all ATI Radeon HD3870 X2 cards. You can edit BootUp Clocks, 2D Clocks, Low Power 3D Clocks, High Power 3D Clocks, UVD Clocks and the VCore voltage.

Like allowing you to increase the voltage, if you have good cooling, theres no reason not to increase the voltage some(better OC's obvisously), but the only way to do this is hard mods or a pencil mod. And I am not a fan of these methods.

You can't modify voltages on anything 7900 and above in the bios, but that's why they make conductive ink and pencils :)
Volt modding is incredibly easy. There's plenty of detailed tutorials.

0.26 is the latest and it's a "Dec 08 2006" release...
