Intel Slashes X18-M and X25-M SSD Prices
Intel on Thursday, adjusted the prices of its 1.8-inch and 2.5-inch solid-state drives, bringing them closer to the mass market. Top of the line 160 GB Intel branded SSDs are now selling for as low as $630, the 1.8-inch 80 GB X18-M model is now dropping down to $320. The 2.5-inch X25-M 80 GB version is also going down from $390 to $340. Last but not least, the "little" 32 GB X25-E solid-state drive drops from $410 to $390. All prices are in US dollars. Newegg is already selling some of the drives with their new prices.
