Continuing from the topic of Win 11 popping up on unsupported PCs and then not actually being available, I think that it WAS a glitch like me and @lexluthermiester have suspected. Possibly caused by this:

Probably MS messed something up when adding 23H2 to the broadest possible channel. Goes to show that they absolutely DO have means of distributing the new OS to everyone without any requirements, they just choose not to. We knew this already, but… good to know.
