The GeForce MX570 is a mobile graphics chip by NVIDIA, launched on December 17th, 2021. Built on the 8 nm process, and based on the GA107S graphics processor, the chip supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. This ensures that all modern games will run on GeForce MX570. Additionally, the DirectX 12 Ultimate capability guarantees support for hardware-raytracing, variable-rate shading and more, in upcoming video games. The GA107S graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 200 mm² and 8,700 million transistors. It features 2048 shading units, 64 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs. Also included are 64 tensor cores which help improve the speed of machine learning applications. The card also has 16 raytracing acceleration cores. NVIDIA has paired 2,048 MB GDDR6 memory with the GeForce MX570, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 832 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1155 MHz, memory is running at 1500 MHz (12 Gbps effective). Its power draw is rated at 15 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. Rather it is intended for use in laptop/notebooks and will use the output of the host mobile device. GeForce MX570 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 4.0 x8 interface.
