The Radeon HD 4250 IGP was an integrated graphics solution by ATI, launched on March 1st, 2010. Built on the 55 nm process, and based on the RS880 graphics processor, the device supports DirectX 10.1. Since Radeon HD 4250 IGP does not support DirectX 11 or DirectX 12, it might not be able to run all the latest games. It features 40 shading units, 4 texture mapping units, and 4 ROPs. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 560 MHz.
Its power draw is not exactly known. Radeon HD 4250 IGP is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 1.0 x16 interface.
