Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the Meso graphics processor, in its Meso XT variant, the device supports DirectX 12. This ensures that all modern games will run on Radeon R8 M365DX. It features 384 shading units, 24 texture mapping units, and 8 ROPs. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 900 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1125 MHz. Its power draw is not exactly known.
