The Jetson TK1 was a mobile graphics chip by NVIDIA, launched on October 15th, 2014. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the GK20A graphics processor, in its CD575M-A1 variant, the chip supports DirectX 12. Even though it supports DirectX 12, the feature level is only 11_0, which can be problematic with newer DirectX 12 titles. It features 192 shading units, 8 texture mapping units, and 4 ROPs. NVIDIA has paired 2,048 MB DDR3L memory with the Jetson TK1, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 756 MHz, which can be boosted up to 951 MHz, memory is running at 467 MHz. Its power draw is rated at 8 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. Rather it is intended for use in laptop/notebooks and will use the output of the host mobile device. Jetson TK1 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 1.0 x1 interface. The card measures 127 mm in length, 127 mm in width, and features a igp cooling solution.
