Leadtek has expanded its graphics card lineup into GeForce RTX 50-series territory, with a quiet introduction of three new generation WinFast models. We have not heard much—gaming-wise—from the Taiwanese manufacturer in recent years. Going back to Computex 2023, TechPowerUp staffers inspected several GeForce RTX 40-series offerings. Leadtek is involved in the production of NVIDIA professional graphics solutions—for data science and HPC workload purposes. Curiously, Team Green press material tends to only lightly mention its manufacturing partner's involvement. The newest WinFast entries have rolled out with "Blackwell" silicon and refreshed enclosures. As reported by VideoCardz, Leadtek has focused mainly on Asian PC gaming markets over the past decade—so the brand-new WinFast RTX 5090 HURRICANE 32G, RTX 5080 HURRICANE 16G, and RTX 5070 Ti HURRICANE 16G models are not expected to arrive on Western shores.

The 2025 WinFast HURRICANE package utilizes a triple-fan array paired with a robust heatsink design, and a "revamped" metal backplate. A total of ten heat pipes are advertised as providing strong heat dissipation—Leadtek's product description goes into more detail: "three 10 mm and seven 8 mm heat pipes, along with large aluminium fins and a vapor chamber base, quickly and efficiently dissipate heat." The three freshly introduced models all conform to NVIDIA reference specifications, so the HURRICANE cooling solution seems to be a bit over-engineered for purpose. Price details are not available at the time of writing, and an official press release is not present on Leadtek's website. The WinFast RTX 5090 HURRICANE card seems to sport a chunkier shroud, when lined up against its less powerful siblings. Leadtek has decorated its flagship with "Esports" ARGB lighting strips, while the RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti variants make do with silver-ish accents instead.

In Win Development Inc. (InWin), a leading innovator in PC enthusiast and gaming hardware, has launched its F5 full tower EATX PC chassis for enthusiast PC builders looking for design customization, extensive cooling options, and support for vertical GPUs and hidden cable motherboards. Customizable Front Panel—First showcased at Computex 2023, the InWin F5 features customizable front panel bezels that can easily be popped-off and swapped between glossy or wooden aesthetics, depending on the users preferred style. The F5 is available in both black and white color options with a 3 mm tempered glass side panel that gives great views of the inside hardware, while both side panels offer convenient, tool-less removal. Mesh grills on the front, top, bottom, and opposing side panel provide ample opportunities for ventilation. Helpful design additions include the quick-remove dust filter for the bottom fans, and a bundled magnetic GPU holder to prevent sag of heavier graphics cards.

Extensive Cooling Options
The spacious interior and versatile cooling options are engineered to accommodate high-end hardware including flagship graphics cards up to 435 mm in length, larger CPU heatsinks up to 180 mm in height, and high-performance ATX power supplies up to 230 mm long. Both vertical and horizontal GPU orientations are supported, with a vertical adapter bracket bundled in the package.

FSP has declared that it intends to update its entire 2023 PSU product lineup to include the latest "12V-2x6" power connector (part of the ATX 3.0 standard)—harukaze5719 posted about this development earlier today, citing a Quasarzone article. We heard mid-summer about PCI-SIG plowing ahead on an all-new ATX 3.0 connector to replace the 16-pin (12+4) 12VHPWR plug. They hope to introduce some key improvements with their new design, mainly in the areas of ease-of-use and safety.

TPU staffers had hands-on time with FSP's 2023 PSU product line at their Computex 2023 booth, showcased units were equipped with 16-pin 12VHPWR (at the time). Quasarzone's report (covering a recent press conference) has the following FSP power supply families listed with updates to the new "12V-2x6" standard: Hydro G PRO 1200 W ATX 3.0, Hydro PTM X PRO ATX 3.0 and Dagger PRO ATX 3.0.

We witnessed an exciting concept during the Computex 2023 show in late May. ASUS has developed a GPU without an external power connector called GC_HPWR. Unlike current solutions, this connection type doesn't require additional cables. Using the GC_HPWR means that power is being supplied directly from the motherboard and that these special-edition GPUs also require special-edition motherboards. Thanks to the latest information from the Bilibili content creator Eixa Studio, attending Bilibili World 2023 exhibition in Shanghai, China, we have information that ASUS is preparing mass production of these zero-cable GPU solutions. Scheduled to enter mass production in Fall, ASUS plans to deliver these GPUs and accompanying motherboards before the year ends.

Additionally, it is worth noting that the motherboard lineup is called Back To Future (BTF), and the first GPU showcased was the GeForce RTX 4070 Megalodon. The PSU connectors are placed on the back side of the BTF board, while the CG_HPWR connector sits right next to the PCIe x16 expansion slot and looks like a PCIe x1 connector. Sparkle presented a pair of custom Intel Arc A380 and A310 cards[/url] at last month's Computex expo—reaffirming its commitment to presenting the full lineup of Arc GPUs. It is now reported that these "Industrial Low-Profile" cooled units will form the company's "GENIE" series. Sparkle's triple-fan TITAN series is comprised of Arc A770 and A750 GPUs, while the dual-fan ORC is formed solely of an A750. ELF is a single fan design A380 card.

The aforementioned GENIE models are both one slot designs with single fans and a low profile shrouds that only covers part of the PCB (comparable to the reference card). The A380 unit offers 8 Xe-Cores with 6 GB GDDR6 96-bit memory, while the lesser A310 gets 6 Xe-Cores and 4 GB of GDDR6 64-bit memory. The leaked presentation slide does not show any release date information, but reasonably final looking hardware making an appearance at Computex 2023 suggests that the GENIE series is not too far off from reaching retail.

Korean keyboard brand Leopold had a strong showing at Computex this year with a refreshed lineup of its keyboards for everyone to try. Leopold tends to sell different keyboards in different countries so it's hard to say which ones are brand new for the show, and thus I figured we briefly summarize the brand's offerings. The main takeaway I had is Leopold has decided to go with Cherry MX for all its mechanical keyboards and there will be fewer Topre keyboards going forward. The keyboards will also offer wireless connectivity wherever possible. Some keyboards also stray away from Leopold's classic black and white colors in favor of bolder, multi-tone themes. There are simply too many keyboards to individually list here, especially the absence of clarity on which ones will be sold where, so please take a look at the photos below, including past the break, and reach out to Leopold directly to express your interest if any caught your eye.

Mistel Keyboards had a large booth at Computex this year showcasing products from the brand in addition to those from Vortexgear and Leopold. We'll cover the other two separately but this post caters to the Taiwanese peripheral brand Mistel. When I had last seen them in 2020, the man behind Mistel had told me of his plans to have ultra low profile mechanical keyboards as well as setting up Mistel's own factory to produce and sell keycaps. In 2023, both of these plans have come to fruition. The Mistel Air One uses Cherry's ULP mechanical switches we saw before on the CORSAIR K100 AIR in a 65% form factor. It is just 13 mm thick, weighs under 300 g, and yet manages to have sound dampening foam inside. The keyboard uses a machined aluminium chassis, supports both Windows and macOS, and comes with a carry bag too. Mistel plans to have a wireless version down the line but the wired Air One should be available for purchase soon.

Mistel also opened QKA Keeb—a sister brand dedicated to its in-house designed and manufactured keycaps. These range from simple black-on-white keycaps all the way to themed colorful sets, some of which were presented at the trade show. Also shown off were new split keyboards in the form of the MD600 V3—an update to the MD600 we reviewed in 2018—as well as a new curved key column version called MD600 Alpha. Both of these are 60% form factor keyboards that come with wireless connectivity and RGB support too. The MD600 Alpha can also be seen as a split Alice layout keyboard too once put together.

Marsrhino demonstrated its high-end gaming chair product range at this year's Computex - including Infinite GT, Infinite GT Black, Infinite Air and Infinite S models. These are all constructed at the company's Taiwan factory facility and are offered with five year warranties. Marsrhino has clearly taken influence from premium ergonomic office chair designs - the Infinite lineup shares many industry standard features while maintaining a classy gaming aesthetic - such as fully adjustable lumbar supports via their unique 3D somatosensory system, tilt plus lock functionality, breathable elasticated mesh and foam backings, 4D positional armrests, 2D adjustable headrests, aluminium alloy bases (enamel finish) with a Class-4 gas lift cylinder and large PU super quiet (muted) casters.

In addition to new ATX 3.0 and impressive SFX power supplies, as well as the new cases, fans, and TOUGHRAM memory lineup, Thermaltake also brought its new TH Series AIO coolers to the Computex 2023 show. The TH V2 ARGB Sync and the TH V2 Ultra ARGB Sync are the 2nd generation TH Series AIO liquid coolers that will be available in 120, 240, 280, 360, and 420 models and feature an 120, 240, 280, 360, and 420 models. Both will be paired up with the new CT120 / CT140 ARGB Sync fans spinning at 2000/1800 RPM, a newly designed low-profile radiator, and an extended 460 mm tube length.

As noted, both the TH V2 Series and the TH V2 Ultra Series come with a new 27 mm slim radiator with 20 mm thick copper chamber. The aforementioned CT120 / CT140 ARGB Sync fans promise balanced airflow and air pressure, as well as feature 9 addressable LEDs. They also have an integrated daisy-chain design, allowing up to 3 fans to use a single PWM and 5 V ARGB cable. The 2.1-inch LCD screen on the TH V2 Ultra ARGB Sync AIO Liquid Cooler can either showcase information about the system or show pictures and videos in 480x480 resolution. It can be customized via TT RGB Plus 2.0 software. Both upgraded AIO liquid coolers will be compatible with all recent Intel and AMD platforms. The TH V2 Ultra series AIO will come in 240, 280, 360, and 420 version. It is expected on retail/e-tail shelves in Q3 this year.

Computex Taipei 2023, one of the largest and most influential technology events, witnessed an impressive display of innovation and advancement in the world of graphics cards. INNO3D unveiled its latest line-up of graphics cards with the White Edition, capturing the attention of industry experts and enthusiasts alike. We will explore the highlights of INNO3D's products and the impact of our new offerings on the gaming and professional markets.

INNO3D's flagship gaming graphics card showcased at Computex Taipei 2023 boasted significant improvements in performance, power efficiency, and cooling technology with the iCHILL X3, Frostbite and Black. The Ada GPU architecture, paired with high-speed memory, allows for smooth gameplay at 8K resolution and high refresh rates. These graphics cards are catered to the demands of enthusiast gamers and content creators, setting new standards for gaming and professional applications. The mid-range gaming graphics card from INNO3D offers a perfect balance of performance and affordability for mainstream gamers with the X3, X3 OC and Twin X2 and OC versions. Having visited all the major Taiwanese USB chip vendors during Computex, it's clear that the three have very different focus when it comes to their businesses, with ASMedia going for host and device controllers with PCIe Express support, Realtek focusing on USB hubs and connectivity. This leaves VLI or VIA Labs who are putting its main efforts into video over USB-C. The company was showing a new USB-C to HDMI 2.1 converter chip, with the added benefit of being a single chip solution that also allows for USB PD passthrough, ideal for devices with a single USB-C port.

VLI is also hoping that USB4 will take off as a lower cost alternative to Thunderbolt based docking solutions, especially as not everyone needs Thunderbolt connectivity on their docks. As such, for those looking at a docking station that's still capable of multi-display support at resolutions over 4K60p or for those that are looking at combining multiple 4K displays while maintaining data speeds of at least 10 Gbps for storage devices, then USB4 appears to be the more affordable option to Thunderbolt. Later this year, the company will start shipping its VL832 USB4 end point device, which is an updated version of the VL830, although we weren't told what features have changed, as VLI wasn't ready to unveil the product at Computex.

Gamdias has introduced a number of new products for gamers and streamers at Computex 2023. The Pheme M1 is the company's dedicated desktop microphone - it features a supercardioid pickup pattern that precisely detects and captures the user's voice with studio quality recording quality (192 kHz / 24-bit resolution). The microphone's feed can be muted via a single button press, and an ENC mode can also be activated. An in-built 3.5 mm headphone jack provides in-house monitoring so users can precisely dial in their audio stream's mix. A gain control dial grants the ability to adjust out clipping and peaking sound issues. The Pheme M1 sports an integrated RGB lighting system with 12 modes on tap (press the gain control dial to switch between these).

The PHEME M1 is a Full HD 1080p / 60 FPS resolution gaming webcam that can be controlled via a simple single tap system - the camera feed can be turned on and off swiftly for effective privacy protection. The smart system is capable of rapid autofocus and accurate footage capture, it also compatible with a wide variety of leading streaming platforms and software suites. Gamdias boasts that the PHEME M1's Transcendent lens has a less than a 1% distortion rating - which is superior to the normal market rating of 3%.

Gamdias has expanded its power supply lineup in order to "provide the best stable and efficient power to the power-hungry graphic cards" with the introduction of high-end models. The newest HELIOS P2 Series is a fully modular next-generation model that has been designed and engineered to ensure top-of-the-line stability, reliability, and efficiency. This flagship model features 80 Plus Gold and Cybenetics Gold certifications, with support for the latest standards - ATX 3.0 and PCIe Gen 5.0. Gamdias has not compromised with their component selection for the HELIOS P2 - 100% highly reliable Japanese (105°C/221°F electrolytic) capacitors are a part of the premium package. 1300 W and 1000 W variants will be rolled out.

Gamdias also presented additions to its existing KRATOS PSU lineup with the new P2-1200G and P2-1000G models - these are 80 Plus Gold-rated (with Cybenetics Gold certification) fully modular next-generation (ATX 3.0 & PCIe Gen 5.0) available in black or white casing variations. Fans of RGB lighting will be pleased to find out that the KRATOS P2 units sport 30 built-in lighting effects, with support for control systems provided by ASROCK, ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI.

Gamdias introduced its first ever AIO CPU cooler at this year's Computex along with a surprising range of air coolers and interesting case fans. The CHIONE P3 LCD Liquid Cooler series is available in 360 mm and 240 mm radiator sizes, with its center piece being a customizable IPS LCD display sitting atop the high-performance (S-tier) motor pump. Enthusiasts can monitor system performance statistics and personalize the screen with any image or animated GIF of their choosing. The CHIONE P3's radiator features fine-tuned AEOLUS M3 ARGB PWM fans for unparalleled airflow. The pump head also houses a stunning ARGB lighting ring that runs a pre-selected set of lighting modes. The CHIONE P3 sports an upgraded mounting kit for easy installation on modern AMD (AM5 & TR4) and Intel (LGA 1700) CPU platforms alike.

The CHIONE M4 LCD Liquid Cooler series is available in 420 mm, 360 mm and 240 mm radiator sizes - providing CPU cooling solutions for a wide range of enclosure sizes. Gamdias has diversified its PC case product range with multiple new models introduced at this year's Computex. Their headline "prime lifestyle" E-ATX enclosure is the dual chamber NESO P1 full-tower case - its unique trapezoidal shape was certainly eye-catching and the two glass panels provide a panoramic view of interior-mounted hardware. A modular pedestal system grants horizontal and vertical orientations "seamlessly while leveraging solid airflow and stability. A new case orientation provides a fresher look and unlocks an entirely new building experience." Gamdias states that the NESO P1's dimensions are (L x W x H) 490 x 310 x 495 mm.

A one-touch button mechanism makes it simple and straightforward to access the case interior for builds, upgrades and maintenance. The NESO P1 features fully perforated mesh panels that allow for optimum airflow routes, these can be configured to adjust intake and exhaust functionality depending on case orientation. Gamdias has thoughtfully added 8x8 rotatable PCIe slots and created an interior space with plenty of room (up to 426 mm) which accommodates for the flexible installation of horizontal and vertical GPUs, including the largest examples from the GeForce RTX 40-series.

Gaming furniture brand ThunderX3 (not to be confused with the Marvell processor of the same name), unveiled the ThunderX3 EAZE and XTC gaming chairs at Computex 2023. The chairs are available across five mechanism options, each optimized for a particular seating style, and an impressive 14 choices of upholstery to pick from. In addition, it comes in three distinct styles—Racer (motorsports), Loft (lounging), and Modern (work desk). The chairs are characterized by a high degree of adjustability for its lumbar and cervical cushions, besides the choices of mechanisms, styles, and uphosteries. The company also unveiled the CORE series of chairs that look better suited for officers than near a gaming desk.

Taiwan-based YUAN High-Tech Development company brought a series of consumer-grade (read: affordable) video capture devices, at Computex 2023. The SC750N1 is a PCI-Express 3.0 x8 internal AIC capture card that features an HDMI 2.1 input and output (loop), which provides you with the ability to record 8K video at 60 FPS, 4K at 144 FPS, and HDR10 VRR information. Too cutting-edge? There's also the SC720N1, which is a PCI-Express 2.0 x8 AIC with DisplayPort 1.4a input and output, letting you capture 8K at 30 FPS, and 4K at 120 FPS. Don't have PCIe slots to spare? There are even external versions of these cards. The UB700G is a wallet-sized device that passes through HDMI 2.1, connects to your PC over 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2, and can capture 8K @ 60 FPS, 4K @ 144 FPS that's encoded in MJPEG format on the device (to overcome the 10 Gbps interface bottleneck), or 4K 60 FPS RAW (uncompressed).

Raijintek's exhibit at Computex 2023 was a captivating showcase of their innovative products for water-cooling enthusiasts. The company turned heads with its all-black brushed aluminium finish components, beautifully augmented with RGB lighting. Raijintek started off with their CPU water blocks, engineered to provide efficient cooling for high-performance CPUs. The RGB lighting breathed life into the elegant all-black blocks, rendering them both practical and stylish. Also featured was their state-of-the-art pump and reservoir combinations, with the same design ethos and a spotlight on efficient operation. Using the same black design, Raijintek extended their design to their radiators, with efficient heat dissipation to keep systems cool. Furthermore, their distribution plates continued to impress with their sleek designs, offering optimal flow paths for cooling fluid. There was a Chinese-inspired mod that showed usage of the company's components in the modded build.

darkFlash, a Taiwanese maker of computer parts and peripherals, had a strong presence at Computex 2023, where the company had a wide range of products to expose to the masses. Starting with an all-in-one (AIO) water cooling, darkFlash had four AIO designs to showcase, each with a different theme going on. The first in line is the DXv3.0 line, which features a regular 360 mm radiator paired with a CPU water block that has a unique mesh design. On the mesh, users can attack fans that provide additional cooling. Next up are DSC 360, DN 360, and DC 360 white AIO versions that are only differentiated by their CPU water block and radiator design.

ZALMAN, of the cooling noise prevention system (CNPS) legacy, introduced a slew of PC cooling products at the 2023 Computex. The lineup was led by the innovative Reserator5 Z-series AIO CPU coolers, which use two sets of impellers in the pump-block. One of these is dedicated for the coolant intake, after the coolant passes through the block's micro-fin lattice, it's picked up by a second impeller, which pushes it to the radiator. The dual-impeller design also provides a degree of redundancy in case one of them fails. This ZALMAN's original design, which it has patented. This cooler comes in two models, the Reserator5 Z24 (240 mm x 120 mm radiator), and the Reserator 5 Z36 (360 mm x 120 mm radiator). The impellers turn at synchronized speeds ranging between 1,000 to 2,100 RPM, while each of the included fans do 800 to 2,000 RPM, pushing up to 77.37 CFM of airflow, at 37 dBA noise output.

The next major AIO series showcased by ZALMAN is the Alpha series, which comes in three variants—Alpha 24 (240 mm x 120 mm radiator), Alpha 28 (280 mm x 140 mm), and Alpha 36 (360 mm x 120 mm). This cooler uses a more traditional single-impeller design, although the pump-block has an interesting design that resembles a heatsink. It's topped with 7-segment LED display that puts out coolant temperature in real-time. The pump runs at speeds of up to 3,200 RPM, while each of the included fans do 500 to 1,800 RPM, pushing up to 71.1 CFM at 38 dBA. Both of ZALMAN's new AIO series support the latest CPU socket types, including LGA1700, AM5, LGA1200, and AM4. Among the air-based CPU coolers shown were the new CNPS13X (single fin-stack with push-pull fans), and the CNPS13X Plus (dual fin-stack). The CNPS13X uses a single large aluminium fin-stack, and two 120 mm fans in push-pull mode. The CNPS13X Plus is a D-type dual-fin-stack cooler, with two included fans. Both coolers come with CPU surface temperature displays.

SilverStone showcased a large selection of new and upcoming PSUs at Computex 2023. The star attraction at their booth was the HELA 2050R Platinum (model: SST HA2050R PM), which is, well, hela powerful. This 2050 W PSU comes with two 16-pin 12VHPWR connectors each capable of 600 W continuous output, besides close to a dozen 6+2 pin PCIe power connectors. It includes a flattened, ribbon-type 12VHPWR cable that the company claims is "super flexible." The PSU meets both ATX 3.0 and PCIe Gen 5 standards. It meets Cybenetics Platinum switching efficiency. SilverStone plans to launch the HELA 2050R Platinum toward the end of June, 2023. This model will be joined by the HELA 1650R (SST HA1650R PM) later this year. This 1650 W model retains much of the feature-set of its 2050 W sibling, but in a lower depth body. You still get two 16-pin 12VHPWR connectors, the same Cybenetics Platinum switching efficiency, and those flat black 12VHWPR flexible cables. SilverStone plans to launch the HELA 1650R in September 2023.

SilverStone showed up to Computex with a variety of new cases on offer covering everything from a hybrid rack-mountable / pedestal 5U, to a retro-inspired April Fool's joke, to their largest and flashiest ATX full-tower to date. SilverStone has a reputation for quality and over engineering and it clearly shows in this year's selection. Starting off with the most engineered, and likely most expensive: the recently released Alta F2 was on display with a fully water cooled build showing off the expansive options available in the giant tower. Alta F2 utilizes a 90 degree rotated configuration taking design elements from the older Raven and Fortress series of cases. What the Alta F2 does different is where it allows the GPU to be installed; along the left side (traditionally the back) there are three expansion slots tilted at precisely 11.3 degrees.

These tilted slots are intended to offer as much forced air cooling as possible to the GPU from the bottom mounted 180 mm Air Penetrator 184i PRO fans, and SilverStone dialed in this angle to decimal precision to ensure this. There still exists a standard 9-slot layout along the top of the case (remember, everything is rotated 90 degrees so that's where the "back" is) for those that fill every slot on their motherboard. Since airflow moves bottom-to-top there are intake filters lining the lower chamber of the chassis, and the top panel is almost entirely open for exhaust. The lower chamber is also setup to allow four 3.5 inch drives to be mounted, while four more drives can be mounted in the optional forward mounted, and also angled, drive cages. The Alta F2 has already reached retail and demands a hefty $800 USD price point.
