Logitech G Introduces First Force Feedback Racing Wheel for Xbox One and PC

Logitech, a leading innovator of gaming peripherals, today announced the Logitech G920 Driving Force, its first force feedback racing wheel available for Xbox One, as well as PC, will be available this fall. Built for precision racing and long-lasting reliability, the Logitech G920 Driving Force features Logitech's powerful dual-motor force feedback transmission with anti-backlash helical gearing, hand-stitched leather-wrapped rim, and stainless steel throttle, brake, and clutch pedals. Logitech Announces Plans for $250M in Dividends Over Three Years

Prior to a meeting today with financial analysts and investors in Zurich, Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) announced 1. Full-year FY 2015 financial outlook of $2.11 billion in sales and $185 million in non-GAAP operating income, 2. Full-year financial outlook for FY 2016 of $2.15 billion in sales (+2% year-over-year, +6% year-over-year in constant currency) and $150 million in non-GAAP operating income, and 3. A plan for returning up to $500 million in cash to shareholders over a three year period featuring an enhanced dividend plan of $250 million to complement the existing Board-approved $250 million share buyback program.

Logitech G Extends Relationship with Top eSports Teams

Logitech Proposes FY 2014 Dividend Increase of 25%

Logitech International today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an annual dividend for FY 2014 of CHF 0.26 per share, an increase of 25 percent over the prior year, following a year of strong cash flow from operations. The annual dividend is subject to shareholder approval and is expected to be confirmed at Logitech's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for Dec. 18, 2014 in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The ex-dividend date is expected to be Dec. 24, 2014. If approved by shareholders at the Company's AGM, the approximate payment date for the dividend is expected to be Dec. 30, 2014. Informational materials about the AGM will be mailed to Logitech registered shareholders during the week of Nov. 24, 2014.

Logitech Granted Nasdaq Extension for Compliance with Listing Rule

Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced two procedural steps related to the delay in filing its FY 2014 10-K and Q1 FY 2015 10-Q with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). First, the Company has been granted an exception by Nasdaq, extending the deadline to October 15, 2015 for complying with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) by filing its 10-K and 10-Q. The exception was granted by Nasdaq based on a compliance plan submitted by Logitech in response to a previously announced Nasdaq request.

Second, as expected, Nasdaq issued a non-compliance notice regarding Logitech's delay in filing its 10-Q for the first quarter of FY 2015. The Q1 filing cannot be completed until the 10-K is filed. This notice also relates to Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires the timely filing of these reports with the SEC. Nasdaq also requested an update to Logitech's original compliance plan.

Logitech Delivers Better-Than-Expected Q3 FY 2014 Results

Logitech International (SIX:LOGN)(Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced financial results for the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2014, with better-than-expected total sales of $628 million, up 2 percent compared to the third quarter of the prior year. Q3 GAAP operating income was $53 million, with GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $0.30 compared to a loss a year ago. Q3 non-GAAP operating income was $67 million, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.35, up 84 percent year over year. Cash flow from operations for Q3 was $94 million.

"We're pleased by our solid Q3 performance, with both sales and profit growth," said Bracken P. Darrell, Logitech president and chief executive officer. "We're encouraged by the robust sales in our growth categories, as well as the success of our ongoing initiatives to improve profitability, which includes the earlier-than-expected return to profitability of LifeSize.
