NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v6.02 Released

MVKTech released the latest stable version of NVIDIA BIOS Editor, also known as NiBiTor. The popular NVIDIA GeForce/Quadro BIOS file manipulation utility has been updated to version 6.02, and comes with added support for a large number of GPUs, particularly high-end mobile GPUs and mainstream desktop. This includes the recently released GTX 550 Ti, apart from GT 440, GT 330, GT 130, G 100, and Quadro Fermi 600. Mobile GPUs supported with this version include GTX 470M, GTS 425M, GTS 350M, and updated support for GTX 460M.

"With NiBiTor we provide graphics card enthusiasts or hardcore overclockers full control over some advanced features and functionality found on firmware of supported cards. And by doing so users can gain some extra performance, enable certain hidden features, tweak memory timings, access device related information, adapt bootup settings, change fan speed options and even get extra stability using their NVIDIA based graphics accelerators which will just give them that little extra value," commented the developer.

NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) Version 5.3 Released

NVIDIA BIOS Editor (aka NiBiTor) got its update for this month. The popular BIOS manipulation utility has been updated to version 5.3. As with every new release, version 5.3 brings along an expanded supported products list, a number of critical and trivial bug fixes, and an improved ability to work with unsupported hardware in a limited way. Newly supported products include:
  • GeForce GTX 295 (Single PCB)
  • GeForce GTX 260M
  • Quadro FX 3700M

NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v5.1 Released

NVIDIA BIOS Editor, better known as NiBiTor, received an update today. The popular NVIDIA graphics card BIOS modification utility has been updated to version 5.1, with a slightly expanded GPU support list, and a number of minor bug fixes. NiBiTor adds support for the following GPUs:
  • GeForce GTS 160M
  • GeForce 9800M GTS 1 GB
  • GeForce GTS 250
  • GeForce GTX 275
As always, a part of its code is updated to provide limited experimental support for new familiar unsupported devices.

The good souls at MVKTech have released a new version of NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor), the popular BIOS tweaking utility for NVIDIA graphics cards. Version 4.9 brings with it a set of feature additions, expanded hardware compatibility and some minor bug fixes. The most significant feature addition is the ability to change voltages beyond the standard ranges. GeForce GTX 285 and GTX 295 are now supported. Minor bug fixes make for the rest of the mix.

NVIDIA BIOS Editor ver. 4.8 Released

NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) is a free third-party tool that makes it easy to tweak the BIOS of most NVIDIA graphics cards, by extracting, manipulating with, and creating custom BIOS ROM files. The application is regularly updated, with support for new GPUs and features added. The newest release, version 4.8 that MVKTech released today broadens support base, providing support for NVIDIA's newest 55nm G200b-based graphics cards.

The support-list now includes several NVIDIA mobile GPUs such as the GeForce 9600M GS, 9650M GT, 9700M GT, 9800M GS and 9800M GT. The desktop GeForce 9500 GS and the anticipated GeForce 9800 GTX+ support are also brought about with the release. Other changes include minor fixes and features that limited support for unknown devices.
